Survey Consultation Committee

The Survey Consultation Committee consists of experts in research, survey analysis, privacy, and equity across campus.

The Survey Consultation Committee shall be comprised as follows:

  • Chief Privacy Officer
  • Executive Director, Institutional Research and/or Director of Equity Research & Analytics and Director of Student Success & Analytics, as needed
  • Representative, appointed by the Vice Chancellor for Student Affairs and Campus Life
  • Sr Director, Strategic Consulting, Assessments, and Analytics (SCAA), Human Resources
  • Faculty members, appointed by the Academic Senate
  • Representative, appointed by the Faculty Director of the Teaching and Learning Commons
  • Representative, appointed by the Vice Chancellor for Organizational Transformation
  • A graduate student representative, appointed by the Graduate Student Association

Invited based on population:

  • Human Resources Data Steward or appointed representative
  • Assistant Vice Chancellor of Academic Personnel or appointed representative
  • University Registrar or appointed representative

The Survey Consultation Committee will meet based on a posted meeting calendar. Quorum is reached when 5 or more members convene.
