The Staff@Work survey is run by the Strategic Consulting, Assessments, and Analytics (SCAA) team and is designed to help units make actionable change to better support their staff. The survey covers 6 key dimensions: Satisfaction with the University; Department Mission and Goals; Department Diversity and Climate; Department Effectiveness; Supervisor Effectiveness and Employee Effectiveness.

Academic and Staff Customer Satisfaction

The annual Academic and Staff Customer Satisfaction Survey has been conducted on UC San Diego’s campus since 1994. It is run by the Strategic Consulting, Assessments, and Analytics (SCAA) team and is designed to help business units assess their service level and impact via customer feedback.
